Radical! Pinball Machine *
SKATE OR DIE!
Classic Bally/Williams System 11 skateboarding themed Pinball game features 4 Flippers, 2 Ball Multiball, 2 Spinners, Kickback, 6 Drop Targets, 3 Ramps, 4 Pop Bumpers, 3 Kickers, and a Skateboard Diverter.
Sought after by collectors, Radical is a relatively hard game to find as there were just a little over 1300 of them ever produced.
Since taking into our possession we have touched up a few areas on the cabinet. The entire playfield has been shopped out, but meaning that we removed everything from the top side, cleaned and polished the playing surface including all posts, ramps and plastics. Brand new rubber rings installed as well as new balls. All playfield and backbox #44 and #555 bulbs have been upgraded to premium, non-ghosting LED’s. These in turn look much nicer, last much longer than standard incandescent bulbs and put less strain on the electronics as they consume less energy. Cabinet legs have been cleaned and polished and new leg levelers and leg bolts have been installed and the coindoor has been repainted.
In addition we have installed brand new lower left and right flipper coils. A brand new left “Vertical” ramp has been installed.
Game has been gone through by our technician team and minor fixes and repairs were done to dial this game in and functioning properly.
Radical is a pre-owned pinball machine and includes our 30 day warranty on the mechanical and electronic parts of the machine.
This game’s playfield is protected by factory mylar over the majority of the playfield that has protected it well over the years. As is typical for a 30+ year old pinball machine it does exhibit a small amount of wear in some of the areas not protected by mylar; such as around the pop bumpers and some insert edge wear over the outlane inserts, and SNAKE pit inserts. Small chip at the bottom of the bowl ramp on the right side of the playfield, which is pretty typical for this game. Is this game in perfect condition? No. But it’s a very nice example of this rare title that we feel most anyone would be overly pleased to own and add to their collection.
