We have acquired this machine back from the original buyer of this machine that was downsizing their collection. This Heavy Metal Pinball Machine was barely ever played and shows less than 50 games played on it, it’s practically BRAND NEW…although it’s isn’t! This game is dare I say in perfect condition, works great and includes all the original literature still stapled inside of the cabinet. We have updated the game code to the latest 1.02 revision. This game has HD Anti-Reflective playfield glass installed, a $240 value.

The Heavy Metal pinball machine commemorates the 300th issue of Heavy Metal, which has been running since 1977 and inspired the 1981 animated movie of the same name.

Heavy Metal was working with Incendium as a premier licensing partner to launch this pinball machine to the public. The game was announced publicly in February 2020 and unfortunately that was also the beginning of the Pandemic. The original plan was to produce 300 of these machines, however due to the global shut down only 100 of these games were ever produced. This is truly a one of a kind pinball machine and a rare opportunity to own this game!

The original art created for the Heavy Metal pinball machine art pays tribute to characters and worlds from the magazine’s storied history. New additions from its upcoming publications join this shared universe for the first time. Gameplay revolves around the warrior heroine, Taarna and the undead tailgunner, Nelson. Both, will speak for the first time ever, supporting the in-game narrative.

The lineup includes an all new cover recording of Sammy Hagar‘s “Heavy Metal”, performed by Sebastian Bach and Brendon Small. A preview can be heard in the latest Heavy Metal pinball teaser. There are also iconic tracks from the “Heavy Metal” movie original soundtrack, including those from BLUE ÖYSTER CULT and CHEAP TRICK.

The Heavy Metal pinball machine features cabinet armor in the unique color changing galaxy black metallic with all original art, figures of Taarna and Nelson that light up, custom art blades and a limited edition plaque on the backbox labeling the game #32 of 300 (actually 100).
